But right from the first call we had with Swarna she assured us that she would be there for us at every step of this journey and she did indeed keep up her word. Swarna encouraged us to get a feel for the market but only really dive in when we were absolutely ready. Once ready, she guided us through the process meticulously from discussing pitfalls and neighborhood details to current market conditions, etc. As promised she also made it down to San Diego for property showings. When we found the right property, Swarna was immediately on top of the paperwork expediting the process of getting in an offer we were comfortable with while enlightening us on all the important aspects. She displayed extreme proficiency in her trade once the offer was submitted by negotiating with the seller's agent to accept the offer below the list pice, coordinating seamlessly with our lenders, escrow, etc. all while providing us with regular updates and guidance with each document we were required to complete.
